When comparing with other nation's America is an inverse relation with the health care expenditure and the necessary services provided in the country. The reason for increased health care cost is complex health care system, policymakers, political leaders, and private insurers. U.S system cannot adopt other countries system because of most of the health care cost is covered under insurance. Further, the U.S has been filled with an aging population which increases the burden on health care cost. The number of immigrants is also one of the reasons for lag behind certain conditions of infant mortality rate, perinatal mortality rate, and poor health outcomes. The net GDP also increase the health care expenditure. Comparing to other nations, the U.S people visit the doctor most often and undergo the number of diagnostic studies. Prescribed drugs are more expensive in the U.S. The health care system has to be changed for higher quality at lower health care cost and by increasing patient outcomes.

Different generation looks different because the Medicare coverage did not cover the older people aged over 65. The younger people with certain disability are not covered under Medicare coverage. In certain conditions, the person has to pay out of pocket for the things which are not covered under insurance. Health insurance becomes compulsory that everyone should be paid without the need for utilization. people also greatly affected by the cultural and socio-economic conditions. So the health care system becomes an issue in some way for all irrespective of the gender, age, and generations.
