Answer #1

eol ラレOs 叹 AcENormally in our body when the blood flow in the kidney is reduced, the kidney then secrete renin in to the blood. The same time the liver will release angiotensin. The renin convert angiotensin to angiotensin I.The angiotensin I will then convert to angiotensin II by the angiotensin converted enzyme inhibitor secretes from the lungs. The angiotensin II will acts on the adrenal glands of kidneys to secrete aldosterone. It will then activate the renal tubules in the kidney to increse the reabsorption of sodium and water in to the blood and exretion of pottasium. Thus there is a increase in the extracellular fluid that results in increase blood pressure

If in case we are administering angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors in overdosage it can cause hypotension and reflex tachycardia

So here the answeris option 'c'
