How can we prevent salmonella. Can you please send me brief answer .

Salmonella is the most common cause of food poisoning in USA.

It can be prevented, following are the measures ....

1 avoid eating any contaminated food or lightly cooked food or unpasteurized milk etc

2 refrigerate food properly before going to cook.

3 wash hands and food before handling them also utensils..

4 cook food at a safe temperature

5 Do not mix the packed food with cooked food, also keep in mind that utensils which are already used for cooking food should be wash thoroughly before reuse it.

6 after any contact with animals or their food wash hands properly.

7 Proper rest and drink plenty of fluids.
