Examples of verbal communication

           1. What type of things are you more worried about ?

           2. You don't need to be sad because every health care providers in this hospital will provide

              all necessary services to improve your health.

          3. I am always available to assist you in daily activities.

Non verbal communication

           * It includes use of the five senses and anything that does not involve the spoken or written

            word.

Examples of Non verbal communication

          1. Therapeutic touch during patient feel anxiety due to hospitalization.

          2. Maintaining eye contact when patient talk about their emotions.

          3. Soft tone of voice and keep personal space when talking with a stressful person.
