Family members should know the need of the changes in their life in behaviour as well as in health also. There should be routine for breakfast, lunch, dinner. The behavioral changes which affects the health and also make available to prevent diseases. Family should be focused on how to handle the situation if any of the members get ill in the family. They should always take precautionary measure to recover the patient from disease as well as to prevent themselves from transmission of disease. Keeping personal hygiene is one of the best ways to protect ourselves from spreading the diseases. Family should indulge every person of the family while making plan or decision for anything.
These strategies will help everyone in the family members to achieve a better health and live a normal healthy life. This will lead to create a comfort level in the house. There are many obstacles in the implementation of these strategies as most of the family members such as older person are not able to takecare of themselves, they are dependent on other members.
