Examination or self examination is very important to keep ourselves healthy by identifying any illness earlier. Examination of testes in male and breast in female is to rule out testicular cancer and breast cancer.This can be done during shower in female and after a warm shower by male or by the physician monthly.

Usually self examination are widely practiced.The awareness for testicular cancer is very less compared to breast cancer or when it comes to examination.

Breast examination has received more public information because of the risk associated in getting the deadly disease.due to life style, family history, lack of breastfeeding, environment.
