1 When people become diabetic they have to bid farewell to their favourite sweets.So when planning a diabetic diet it should be all about balance.Everyone thinks of diabetic patients who are devoid of pleasures of food.

Breakfast (295 calories,32 grams carbohydrates)

Egg and Avocado toast

1 cup blue berries

Am Snack(95 Calories,25 gms carbohydrate)

1 medium apple.

Lunch(335 calories,47 gm carbohydrates)

Green salad with black beans and veggies.

1 medium orange.

P.M Snack(50 calories,12 grams carbohydrates)

2 medium carrots.

Dinner(425 calories,42 grams carbohydrates)

1 serving millet stuffed pepper with ginger and Tofu.
