15. The group that has the disease we call cases and disease free group we call controls.  

We use the method of secondary matching to select disease free peoples that are very similar to the people with the disease.

16. Answer is: Develop medication to treat disease.

because in epidemiology, the main objective of study is to deal with the diseases. Therefore, development of medication to treat disease is not the objective in epidemiology. They study the evaluation of standard health, assess the impact of disease and determine the natural history of disease. Medication development is objective of pharmaceutical researchers.
