It is an important and talks about the individual rights that should be given to a citizen. It worked like a common law and firstly taught the citizens to go by a law at a larger scale. It was a first proof that the people are now ready to work against oppression. now no man was in danger. it not only earlier influenced England but its colonies also and they started fight for liberty and freedom. After independence, it influenced the constitutions of many colonies (Ex - India). Even North Amercian nations also referred to it while deciding laws. The fundamental rights in Indian constitutions are also influenced by it. Magna Carta itself means a big historical change an thus when in England, Duke firstly started thinking of people' liberty and freedom, it was like a historical moment for them. Thus, Magna Carta's importance is unignorable.

Eddie Mabo

He was an Australian who fought for land rights (nobody's land). There was earlier a land inheritance system which caused huge inequality among the people in Australia. It ended the influence of whites on land ownership. As we know the Australian Aborigins were not given land rights but Eddie fought for them.

Both the agreements are remarkable in the history, other countries also learnt from them a lot (Ex - India's Land regulation act). It taught us that the resources of a country belongs to its citizens and not to a few community who is rich. It was a positive result for the fight against Proletariat (who were very rich, as by Marx). Without such laws, the citizens of a nation would be in continuous tussle over resources since there will be inequality and thus there is a need to think of constraint inequality (where extra provisions are made by the state to bring the people together who are left behind in terms of development.
