The organization environment promotes discharge planning and avoids the issues related to the ethical decision. The environment should promote the full participation of nurses in the care of chronically ill patients by establishing a good work environment, and stress-free work. The organization should provide adequate resources and life dependent support to the care of chronically ill patients. finally, the organization should provide opportunities to nurses to meet the challenges in caring for the chronically ill patient. Ex: Adequate number of trained RNs, NPs, and therapist.
