Answer #1

Answer: Diarrhoea affects electrolyte and fluid balance as in this there is continuous loss of fluid in form of loose motion as well as vomiting. The loss of electrolyte take place according to age also as in this case the child is 5 years old. There is alot of loss of ions as minimum within a day it starts to effect the patient.

There should be minimal balance of the electrolyte otherwise problem occurs and patient becomes weak day by day. An intensive care should be taken of the child and most of the diet should be given the combination that causes bulk formation and bind the foods. The regular loss of the water from body reduces all the water and te electrolyte in the body.
