Persuasion refers to being more productive due to an external stimulation. In healthcare persuasion can lead to new innovations.

For eg.,If a provider ,healthcare sector stands as an outstander in quality care in the society, the persuasion given by the society makes the healthcare sector to deliver continuous quality care

Coercive refers to something which is carried out forcibly in order to get benefited

For eg.,A mentally ill patient will always refuse for treatment and admission who reallyneeds it,in these cases according to the principle of beneficence the patient is admitted coercively

Manipulation refers to alteration of the main concept

For eg., a patient who has fractured bone is manipulated to restore its structure by proper alignment or procedure.
