Forward break over voltage is the voltage when it starts conducting.

\therefore Forward break over voltage = 0.75V

ii)

Reverse break down voltage is the voltage when diode conducts in reverse bias.

Reverse breakdown voltage = 50V

iii)

Forward breakover voltage is Maximum Instantaneous Forward voltage

and Reverse breakdown voltage is maximum recurring peak reverse voltage.
