Stipulated Facts:

Lindsey Fleetwood was found dead in his house (94 Hillside Avenue in Jamesville, NY) at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 7th 2019.

He was discovered by his neighbor, Moxie Dinglefarb, who noticed he never came out to walk his dog as he usually does in the morning. She went to check on him when she saw the was door open and went inside where discovered the body. She immediately called the police from Lindsey’s home phone.

Cause of death was a result of multiple deep stab wounds to the chest as studied by the coroner.

Cops surveyed the house and discovered the body in the living room, a broken basement window, a bloody size 10 (mens) boot print next to the body, both windows in the living room were open and the safe he kept in his office was missing as well as his checkbook and watch that he keeps in his nightstand.

Police interviewed neighbors to rule out suspicious activity, Moxie Dinglefarb told detectives that she had noticed someone in all black standing at the door trying to get in around 11 p.m., but didn’t think anything of it because she assumed his son was home from college and was trying to get back into the house.

Lindsey’s son was not home, he was still studying at Manhattan College where he is in his sophomore year and he and his wife are separated, Lindsey was home alone.

Bones McBride is an employee of Lindsey Fleetwood’s auto shop who recently announced his retirement.

McBride had spoken to coworkers about his inheritance of Lindsey’s position at their company and how he knew he would be taking his place, but Lindsey left the position to someone else

McBride was seen on street surveillance walking down Hillside Avenue, a street he does not live near and does not have access to public transit.

Mercury Starcruiser is Lindsey’s ex wife.

I, Mercury Starcruiser, ex-wife of late Mr. Lindsey Fleetwood, aged 49 years, swear

1. I am a shop keeper and I do not live with my former husband. I live separately at separate place.

2. I have no contact with my former husband Mr. Lindsey Fleetwood for the last two years. We did not have any need to contact with each other even through phone.

3. Due to his murder, I am also in the list of suspicion persons. I affirm that on that day, on the day of murder, I was busy in my work and there are ample proof of my absence there.

4. I am now independent and I did not take any financial assistance from my from my late husband Mr. Lindsey Fleetwood.

I swear or affirm that all the declarations mentioned above are true and correct to my knowledge. If there is any incorrect proved, I will be responsible for this.
