With the advancement in technology ,the use of information technology in healthcare industry is also increasing day by day. Hospitals are getting prepared its own software according to their manual functionality of OPDs and IPDs . The use of technology in various procedures an surgeries are increasingly used and becoming popular . Robotic surgery is all a success where a computer does the surgery on the commands performed by the doctor . Bedside reports are available even the reports of images are made available before it's final written report is prepared to dispatch to the reporting session to make it easy for the doctor to analyse the scan and take action quickly. The software which are designed to enter ,store and maintain patients health information are ID protected and transparent. Data can be transferred from one health care center to another without any breech in between. Patients and doctors can get to know about their health condition ,reports , medications etc at a touch and that too with security.

All these information systems are designed in such a way that it can be fully useful to the staffs to avoid the undue burden which was caused by manual data and to take quick therapeutic actions on the basis of reports available even the images being displayed provides vital information regarding disease condition and makes it easier for doctor to take actions on the findings . On a single touch the details regarding the patient is available which makes it easily accessible to doctor through login IDs and aslo patients does not have to carry their data with them they just have to login in the doctors system , which reduces the chances of misplace of health data .

A patient can transfer data from one doctor to another without any delay and breech inbetween as the system is transparent .

All these advancement in the healthcare industry has helped in a tremendous way to achieve the higher health outcome . It helps the healthcare staffs to utilise more time in patient care than on spending time in writting the reports and maintaining the records manually as now everything is done by the system which requires less time to store and maintain data hence, staffs can pay more attention towards patients care which helps in providing evidense based patient centred care to promote ,protect , prevent and restore health.
