Motivating by meeting higher needs refers to the initiatives that help individuals to fulfil the needs of self actualization, needs of recognition as well as social needs among the other higher needs. As a private school principal, I would like to allocate, research work, innovative curriculam preparation and student development programs. The rewards will be to given them public recognition and awards along with the other monetary benefits. It will help employees work with motivation to achieve higher needs.

Bad decision making analysis refers to the process of analyzing the poor decisions and take initiatives that can prevent the same in the future. As a private school principal, I will identify the bad decisions and identify the reasons or the areas, where it performed so badly. For example, it can be the promotional campaign that could not work effectively. The campaign will be broken down into small parts such as type of channels selected, communication messaged designed, timing of communication and other related parts. Afterwards, the problem areas will be identified and corrective action will be taken.

Contingency view of management is the proposed management perspective that says that there is no one method of management that can be best suitable for all the conditions. Hence, management approach should be changed with the change in scenario or contingency.
As a private school principal, my management approach to deal with the senior teaches and staff will be different to what that will be when I deal with the junior employees and the daily base workers as well. So, different types of people and different approach. It is due to the contingency approach of the management.
