The menu should provide one-half of the foods needed according to the Basic Four Food Groups. Provide one good daily source of each of: vitamin C, calcium and iron. Provide at least three good sources of vitamin A during the five day period.

100% whole wheat crackers (unsalted)
Carrot and celery sticks with salad dressing.

Apple slices with nut butter

Whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce
