Answer: Polymyositis: It can be explained as the degeneration of the skeletal muscle throughout the body. It is a condition where muscles gets weak and makes us difficult to walk, climb or sit properly.
Systemic necrotising vasculitis: It is the condition where the walls of the blood vessels get inflamed. It generally affects the small blood vessels and may disturb the blood flow all over the body. It damages the skin as well as normal function of the blood reaching to the other body parts and hence leads to necrosis.
Polymyalgia rheumatica: It is inflammation of the muscles mainly hip and joints. It is mainly occurs on shoulder and slowly causes pain specially in the morning time.
Rieter's syndrome : It is caused due to the infection on the other body parts. It is followed by swelling and the inflammation.
