Explain the differences between polymyositis, systemic necrotizing vasculitis, polymyalgia rheumatica, ankylosing S spondylitis, Reiter’s syndrome, and Sjorgen’s syndrome.

Ans:- Differences between polymyositis, systemic necrotizing vasculitis, polymyalgia rheumatica,ankylosing spondylitis, Reiter's syndrome and sjorgen's syndrome are as follows :-

Polymyositis:- Polymyositis is a condition marked by inflammation and degeneration of skeletal muscle throughout the body.

Systemic necrotizing vasculitis:- Systemic necrotizing vasculitis is also called necrotizing vasculitis :- It is a group of rare autoimmune diseases involving inflammation of medium and small -size arteries and veins that progresses to necrosis, leading to a narrowing of the vessels.

Polymyalgia rheumatica :- It is a syndrome with pain or stiffness, usually in the neck, shoulders, upper arms, and hips, but which may occur all over the body. The pain can be very sudden, or can occur gradually over a period.

Ankylosing spondylitis :- It is a type of arthritis in which there is long term inflammation of the joints of the spine.  

Reiter's syndrome :- It is a form of inflammatory arthritis that develops in response to an infection in another part of the body.

Sjorgen's syndrome :- It is a long term autoimmune disease that affects the body's moisture -producing glands. Primary symptoms are a dry mouth and dry eyes.
