Based on the scenario given to increase the admissions in the hospital the following measures were taken in the SMART format .

S- The ultimate aim of the CEO is to increase the admission to 5% in the year 2020.This should be the main goal .

M- The progress of the patients getting admitted in the hospital to be measured and utilisation of each wards to be measured

A- To achieve this goal,whether necessary steps like increasing the beds ,doctors and staff nurses to be taken in to account .

R- The doctors and the staff nurses knowledge to be assessed and make to understand the goal

T- frame a time and act accordingly .
