Things seen or done practical are more easy to understand than listening and making decisions on audible ones. Visual analysis gives a overall picture of the whole scenario .

Same way using visual analysis in communicating findings in business research or any other research is important and mor convenient for the audience to understand and make judgements . It's pretty simple like we do oral presentation and paper presentation , paper presentation describes the each phase of the research and findings more productively than oral ones but it does mean that oral presentation is not that pretty good . In oral presentation ,the speaker describes everything but if any of the audience cannot understand they request then to repeat but in the paper presentation they can read and view it as many times as they want .

Paper presentation can be analysed on the basis of the clarity and clear cut data provided in the findings with the help of graphs , pie charts etc .

Acceptable report page design methods to make paper presentation visually appealing are :-

- Neat and clean

- No errors

- No overcrowding of data

- Simple and clear cut information

- make separate slides or charts for pie charts and other graphs

- Each page with proper headings highlighted

- Data should be entered in points to make it easily readable and understandable.
