  • Essential fats are the body cannot synthesis our body.
  • Energy balance is the difference between energy input and output or number of calorie burn out each day.
  • Body composition is method of describing body made of protein, fat, mineral and water.
  • Body mass index: It is used to identify weight categories. It can be calculated by weight in kilograms divided by height in square if height in meters.
  • Balanced diet,regular exercise and avoid smoking and alcoholism is the best method to prevent chronic disease.
  • Visceral fat is called abdominal fat.
  • Enzyme of steroid, androgen receptor, insulin receptor are genetic factor for obesity
  • Chambers of heart : The heart has four chamber
  1. Right atrium :It receives deoxygenated blood from body and pump it into right ventricle.
  2. Right ventricle :It pump deoxygenated blood to lung.
  3. Left atrium :It receives oxygenated blood from lungs
  4. Left atrium :It receives oxygenated blood from LA to different parts of body.
  • Arteries are blood vessels carry oxygenated blood from heart to tissue of the body.
  • Vein are blood vessels carry deoxygenated blood from tissue to heart except pulmonary and umbilical vein both carry oxygenated blood.
  • Small blood vessels called arterioles which connect even smaller blood vessels called capillaries.
  • High blood pressure calked hypertension in which blood pressure above 140/90 m of hg.
  • It is condition in which fat, cholesterol and other substances deposits on the inner wall of blood vessels.
  • HDL is high density lipoprotein which lower the risk of heart disease. It helps to remove the bad cholesterol from body
  • LDL is low density lipoprotein increases the risk of heart disease. It adhering to the arteries and prevent blood flow.
