There are various reasons behind the failure of project Specially when one not having the correct information such as inadequate project planning, scope creep, use of unpracticed tools and techniques specially by engineering projects, shortage of resources and requirement and many more.

Now let us watch a real life example of one of the biggest failure by engineering.

In 1928, St.Francis Dam was a concrete dam built between 1924-26 to create a water reservoir for 20 s angles. The dam was located in a canyon around 40 miles (64 km) from the city. Just being few hours of inspection by chief engineer Williar Mulfoland, the dam failed, sending a massive water wave of 120 ft fall, and killing as many as 600 people in one of the most disastrous American civil engineering.
