Communication plays very important role when We taking history from patient .

Communication is not a soft skill ,it is a essential skill For every doctor should have .

If We can't communicate as a doctor ,We are not a good doctor .

• As a doctor We should take complete past and present medical history and surgical history from patients
• Dont take history hurry burry .
• We should have knowledge to take history , treatment options and outcome of patient .
• We should listen the client what ever he tells about his disease condition .
• Wait For a minute and understand the problem , advice patient to go For investigations and make diagnosis very clearly .
• Prescribe medications based on problem and tell the patient For follow up .
• After seeking treatment also ,patient suffering with same symptoms and go For openion .

Best channel to Use openion :

• If your collegue is working in same hospital , direct communication is effective than phone .
• If your collegue is not available , make a call and ask openion .
• If in your setting , telemedicine  available Use that vedio conference is best For effective communication .
