a) Nursing department: nursing department is one of the professional field of hospital pharmacy where the nurse or brother provide service like giving injection,giving drug ,which advised by doctor etc.

b) pharmacy department: pharmacy department is one of the technical department of hospital administrator where all the medicine related work should be do,patient should take medicine as well as giving advised from pharmacist regarding drug drug interactions,drug food interaction etc.

C) finance department : Finance department is the back born of hospital administrator from which all money related transaction should be done.

D) Anaesthetic department : Anaesthetic department contain record of all Anaesthetic drug .

E) Dititian department : These department adviced regarding proper diet to the patient.

Code of ethics of hospital administrator

1) To enhance the quality of hospital so that the patient received the maximum health service of the hospital.

2) To be honest , faithful to all the patient in the hospital.

3) To saw all the patient through one way ,not to be discriminated to the poor people.

4)To be control over all administrative cycle , so that all the financial asset should move softly.

Seven principle of health care ethics are as follows:

1) justice : given justice to all patient , justice doesn't depend up on the quality of person whether it is rich or poor.

2) Autonomy: To respect the right of the client and giving all the service which the client needed.

3)Non maleficence: To do not harm to patient should always help the patient.

4) Beneficence : To do good or provided beneficial to the patient ,it include provide information regarding the finannfin help etc

5) Fidelity : To be faithful to all the client's.

6) Veracity: To be honest in any situation which he face in hospitals.

In past, when hospital should having low standards at that time hospital should may not be able or may not follow the code of ethics of health care ,But as the time gone government should come ahead and made many association which take care whether the hospital should follow the seven principle of health care ethics,if they follow then these association should given approval that hospital should follow the health care ethics, and giving a financial assistance to that hospital.
