1 psig = 6.89 kPa

Therefore  

25 psig = 25 x 6.89 = 172.37 kPa

To calculate absolute pressure we need to add atmospheric pressure which is 101.32 kPa

Therefore the absolute pressure of steam is

172.37 + 101.32 = 273.64 kPa
