1, Anxiety and depression involve much mental health and chronic health illness. It is common among so many people that impact their daily life.
2, One of my friends is diagnosed with this condition.
3, In worldwide 300million people affected with this illness.18.1% of adults in the US aged 18 years and above affected by this condition yearly.
4, They have negative attitudes on their condition, they reject support from friends and family. consequences of stigma are more for this condition.
5, Involve the person in contact-based education it contributed to an education that informs people with lived experience support and their personal information related to own experience. it reduces self-stigma. stigma reduction and education program decrease mental illness and change their attitudes and beliefs to education. this intervention includes lived personal testimony and taped events. It provides standardized interventions and outcome measures for their best practice.
