1. Mental health is a state of having sound mind in a sound body. It is a balance between body and mind. Regular Physical activity and calm mind is necessary for good mental health.
2. Yes , my views on mental health changed positively after learning. When I am in stress , I will not be interested in any activity and as well as I will feel asleep. After a long nap , I have felt that I am free of my tensions and fresh. Post learning I understood it's all diversional techniques which helps my mind to recover from my stress. So there are so many techniques to boost our mind when it needs.
3. When I was working with mentally ill clients , I understood that they need so much of love and care and less medicines. Everyone in a society even there family rejects them because of their condition, which in turn makes them more worse. So being a nurse, I tried to spend more time with them to open their feelings and have been a support to them in their recovery.
