1. Mutual benefit is the first strategy. That is participation of private institution in public health services.For example for any health day the government sector will organise a health awareness program and health camp inorder to promote awareness about the specific health day.For that it need the help of private sector in terms of man , material and money. If the private sector combines the program it is like cost free advertisement for them.Thus the government sector can run the health camp by the private institution meanwhile the private sector also gets benefited that is the mutual benefit strategy.

2. Combined participation of both in eradicating infectious diseases.For example for dengue control programme the government get the help of private institution students and staff in controlling dengue .

This is the two strategy by the public private partnership gets open.

Leadership role examples are as follows

Coordinator in organising health camp program.In the program need to prepare health education posts,models and role by involving students.

Senior leader in mobbing the polio eradication program . Responsibility to cover the proposed population.

Senior leader in community health nursing service visits.There by the nursing team enter into the village and cover the proposed population.

In all this three need to write the report about the visit ,goal and target achieved. Leadership role in submission of report to the both private and public institution.Maintaing team in achieving target.
