  2. Check laboratory data (cardiac markers, complete blood cell count, electrolyte, ABGs, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, cardiac enzyme to identify contributing factors.
  3. Provide calm and restful environment.
  4. Auscultation of heart sound.
  5. Instruct in relaxation technique, guided imagery, distractions t reduce stressful stimuli
  6. Administration of medication as per doctor
  7. Monitor response of medication to control blood pressure.
