Contract:  Finally, compare your current level of training and experience to the standards established within your state. What specific gaps exist and what is your plan to fill those gaps in competency?

I have always wished to become a CTO of a big multinational firm. This has always been my dream to lead the people for becoming the best in life. I have always stayed focused in the expectation i have had from my self in life and have worked really hard for it. I know that in my area the requirement for becoming a CTO is that you should hold a degree form a great college. I am preparing for my exam to get admit in one of the finest MBA colleges It will take some time but i trust my hardwork and dedication to get me in my dream college. I somehow feel that the level of training which are available in my hometown and the institutes around the place are not up to the mark and so the children have to connect with the colleges which are present in other states. This should be improved so that the locals and the ones who cannot afford distant education can get access to good and competitive stuff.
