In detail explain what the function of each gene is and (N370s, L444P, 84gg, and IVS2) for Gaucher Disease
Thank You
Gaucher disease is a lysosomal storage disorder due to the autosomal recessive trait. It is common among Ashkenazi jews. the main cause of this disease is due to glucocerebrosidase gene mutations. N370s, L444P, 84gg, and IVS2 are the old nomenclatures. when N370s gene defects occur it causes this disease among Ashkenazim Jews(Spanish and Portuguese populations). L444P(6433c) is another glucocerebrosidase mutation it occurs in Gaucher disease. L444P allele correlates with neuronopathic forms genotype. there were L444P genetic modifier monozygotic implications in Gaucher's disease. whereas 84gg insertion occurs in the Ashkenazim population. N370s and 88gg gene mutations occur in Gaucher's disease with the same coalescence times.IVS2 gene mutations are the first ones in Gaucher's disease alleles in Ashkenazi Jewish populations. this is due to pseudogene mutations type indicate the role of acid beta-glucosidase pseudogene and gene structural arrangements in this disease.

Explain in detail what happens to the protein when there is a deletion in the DNA for a gene that codes for a chloride channel protein in Cystic Fibrosis. Answers must include the processes of transcription and translation as well as disease characteristics. 12pt Paragraph :
1.) Explain in detail how has yeast been used to analyze eukaryotic gene function 2.) Name 6 ways to introduce DNA into animal cell culture 3.) how is muragenesis of cloned DNA performed by using oligonucleotides ? Answer questions 1-3 !
In detail explain the pathology for Gaucher Type 1 disease, with an interpreted diagram of the pathway? Thank You!
To figure out how a gene leads to disease, it needs to be analysed in both loss-of-function (LOF) and gain-of-function (GOF) studies. What do LOF and GOF studies tell you about a gene and why are they important?
Can you please explain this reaction in detail? What exactly do
each of the reagents do?
Can you please explain this reaction in detail? What exactly do each of the reagents do?
Explain in detail (not just enumerate) each of Koch’s postulates to determine the etiology of a bacterial disease and provide at least one exception and how this exception is addressed.
when dealing with Crohn's Disease 1) What are the mutated genes that are associated with this disease and explain each one of them? 2) In detail, explain the genetics in this disease 3) Explain how does Crohn's disease work and the mechanism behind it? Thank You!!!
Can you please explain in detail heme degradation and explain in detail DNA repair mechanisms. It is really important to me. I will be forever grateful. And if I may ask you one thing if you copy from the internet please put the citations, or links. Thank you in advance!!!
Can you explain in detail the RBC lysis. What is the purpose of doing RBC lysis and its advantages and disadvantages. Thank you in advance!!!
Please explain w/ as much detail as possible! Thank you! :
Say you have a very deleterious condition that normally NS would act against and that individual would not reproduce, therefore its allele would be removed from the gene pool, however due to modern medicine that individual reproduces, that allele is kept. Is this causing humans to have a weaker genes? Are humans become less fit? Explain.
