a) You can use F=-kx to find the force (k=spring constant, x=distance spring is stretched):

F=-(150N/m)(.13m)
F=-19.5N
The negative sign indicates this force is restoring equilibrium.

b) Now you can use F=ma to find the acceleration:

a=F/m
a=19.5N/.66kg=29.55m/s^2
