Answer: NANDA International (formerly the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association) was founded in 1988, it is a professional organization of nurses standardized nursing terminology. It's main purpose is to determine main health care plan for patients, the better outcomes.

NOC ( nursing outcome classification) it is the evaluation outcome determined by the patient, family members regarding the performance of the nurse care given to the patients.

NIC ( nursing interventions classification) It is a care classification system which describes the performance and the activities nurses perform as a part of the planning phase of the nursing process associated with the creation of a nursing care plan.
