Why do you believe that so many staff may be reluctant to report a poorly behaving physician?

  • Complaints given to higher authority.
  • They are reluctant to report as the physician is the source of revenue and has high position in authority. They have high public visibility than other health workers. If the professional given to the complaints sometimes it affect the individual because the organization is against the individual. They are more concern the doctor.
