1. Basically Analogy means comparing or setting oneself to a set of rules / standards of performance.

2. Hence in a highly standardised organisations when the company is performing in all its capabilities to set operating procedures and set standards and the final product or systems or procedures is in line with the accepted norms laid down for that product.

3. We also have Certification Organisations which certifies he processes to say ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14000 and so on like HACCP.

4. A quality process or a quality product would always be a result of analogy to certain standards
