To asses the ove predictive utility of the model we need to examine the values of r-squared in both the model.

R-squared is a statistical measure of how close the data are to the fitted regression line.

R-squared close to 1 indicate that our model predicts the data well,here r Square value for for GREW for GPA after controlling for MAT variable has given 0.822 which is greater than that of second model.

So model model using GREWfor GPA after controlling for MAT will you better predictive utility.
