Self-realization helps the person in gaining his full potential by new experiences because of, which conventional morality fails to inhibit the growth of the individual.
Supermen are the people, who have achieved their full potential by gaining the insight about their self-determination and the identification of their self-destiny. Their lives are not governed by the conventional morality. They live their life in their own creative way, independently.
Nietzsche’s supermen concept was misunderstood by the Nazis, very famous national socialists of Germany. They interpreted the concept of supermen as the superior men. Germans were considered to be superior at that time. They correlated the concept of the supermen with racial superiority. Nietzsche later clarified that, every person on this earth has the capability to be a supermen, because insight, courage and passion are they key points required for being supermen.
