a. Use your university’s library to locate and read “Knowledge Management in Three Financial Organisations: A Case Study” by Martie M. Squier and Retha Snyman. What conclusions do they reach regarding knowledge management?
b. Talk with other students at your university about their decision-making processes. Compare and contrast the decision-making processes based on at least two of the following factors: age, year in school, major, GPA.
c. Interview a practicing accountant in an area of the profession that interests you. Ask about a recent major decision your interviewee has made and the process he or she used to make it. Write a short paper that summarizes the accountant’s decision process. Analyze the decision process through the lens of Steps for Better Thinking as well.
