the hydrophobic ones (water fearing). Ex :- Alanine, Valine, Leucine, Isoleucine.

Non Polar: Isoleucine-Ile=I+.06
Polar-uncharged: Cystine-Cys=C=.5
Charged: Glutamic acid=Glu= E=.2
