Ans-7- Areas where progress has been made by developing countries in spite of poverty.

(a)- Healthcare has already become one of largest sectors in a country like india etc based on both revenue and employment, and it's not stopping here. In near future it is going to be one of largest sectors.

(b)- Defence industry is a important industry for any countries, despite of poverty many developing countries like india is investing lot of money in this industry to strength up their volunteer army to be ready to prtect country from alien country.

(c)-Power sector- Driven by economic growth, urbanization and population increases, most of future energy growth will be in developing countries. The power sector will be especially critical to emissions mitigation and countries must establish the policy, regulatory and institutional framework for mobilizing the large investments needed to meet their NDCsin an affordable and sustainable manner

Ans-10- Three reasons given for the poverty of developing countries are:-

(a)- unemployment or joblessness is the situation where people are looking for employment but not getting employed. Employment rate is increasing day by day. During recession period, an economy faces usually high    rate of unemployment. Data of 2012 shows that currently 6% of the world's workforce were without a job.

(b)- overpopulation- it occurs when the ecological footprint of a human population in a specific geographical location exceeds the carrying capacity of the place occupied by that group. Overpopulation can result from a increase in births, a decline in mortality rates, an increase in immigration etc.

(c)- Malnutrition is a condition that result from eating a diet in which nutrition are not enough or are either in too much such that the diet causes health problems. Not enough nutrition is called undernutrition or undernourishment while    too much is called overnutrition
