The effective analysis tools ensure changes in the processes and systems which eventually result in higher quality products; thus ensures a higher productivity and higher revenues for the organization. An effective analysis provides a method for the assessment of the effectiveness of the quality of the management and a means of determining opportunities, problem areas, savings, and priorities action-wise. An effective analysis enables employees to deliver higher quality work in less time and ensures to reduce inventory and waste with close coordination between employees of the company.
