Parkinson disease is a degenerative neurological disorder because of deficiency of dopamine. Although there is no specific diet for Parkinson disease. But there are certain foods patient should eat and avoid to manage symptoms.
patient should take well balanced diet containing protein, fruits , vegetables , cereals etc.

antioxidants should be included in diet as they reduce oxidative stress eg. walnut, pistachios, tomatoes, blueberries etc

Fava beans are considered beneficial as they contain levodopa

Taking omega 3 rich food may help in dementia and depression such as salmon, flaxseed, soyabeans etc

Food seasoning with turmeric or yellow mustard may encourage bowel movements

Dairy products , saturated fats should be consumed less as they are seen precipitating symptoms of disease
