Nutrition is needed during pregnancy also as soon as conception occurs, cell division starts to begins within the neural tube which forms neurons and cells that support neurons. From here itself need of nutrients starts and then nurtures the fetus. Infant growth depends upon the sufficient amount of nutrients is being provided. Due to lower nutrition supply, a child may lack the physiological development. Nutrients such as vitamins, proteins that can be easily provided to the infants through mothers milk provide the development of bones, brain, and helps in the formation of many tissues. Infants or child who does not have access to proper nutrition are much more likely to suffer from psychological disorders, such as anxiety or learning disabilities as they grow up.
