Physical development: The child will be of short strature. Most probably due to impairment and deficient growth hormone secretions.
It will be also of ill built.
Cognitive development: cognitive development is also impaired due to above mentioned disorder.
Vision, speech and learning may be slower than usual.
Psychosocial development: I.Q of child will be less .May not respond to the situation well ..Can also not act according to the social norms.
There can be problem like delayed response
Age appropriate activities : It will not be present since the child already act like 6 year old despite being 14 year old.
It will be good with number but not calculation.
It can read and write but not on its own and cannot read school age text.
Health promotion : It should be physiotherapy, occupational therapy and orthoses . Should be stared from younger ages
Immunization : fully immunized and vaccine taken at the due date
Health screening: X- Ray , CT, MRI ,EEG, look for wheez and chest x-ray.
Nutrition: Rich in minerals , vitamins and calcium fortified calcium juices milk yogurt and fibers to improve digestion.high protein diet.
Injury prevention is most important aspect in above mentioned disorder because it can lead to Serious complications like status epilepticus or status asthamaticus
