Ans: Yes it was fulfilling the purpose because it focuses on disease, Eating, Tooth loss/Mouth pain, Economic hardship, Reduced social contract, Multiple medicines, In voluntary weight loss/Gain, Needs assistance in self-care, Elder years above the age of 80.

Ans: The tool is a self-administered rating scale, Records the subjective Answers, It will fulfill the need in terms of body weight, Eating habits, Living environment, Functional status.
