Methods of dietary assessment assess an individual's intake of food for 24 hours or dietary recall , dietary record, dietary history or questionnaires can be performed .

FOOD FREQUENCY QUESTIONNAIRES is a limited checklist of foods and beverages used in a population study with a frequency response section for subjects to report how often each item was consumed over a special period of time.
