Critical thinking.

Critical thinking helps by solving problems by analysing facts and logics and helps us make decisions. Judgement can be made by thinking in a systematic way and application of reasoning in decision making.

In healthcare system critical thinking is applied by nurses to solve the problems of the patients and gives care to the patient who is in need.And creatively they can suggest process in which can help in decision making by this they ACN enhance the care of the patient.

In this senerio the nurse used critical thinking as she collected the information from patient by communication and leading a action in which his problem can be solved.
