The input of the employee is not purely based not only on their skills, knowledge, and development but also their positive attitude towards their work and organization. For putting the effort from each of the employees the organization has to take some initiatives designed to change employee attitudes about diversity or develop skills needed to work with a diverse workforce.

Diversity training is an ongoing process where the organization has taken efforts to increase the employees cultural awareness, knowledge, and communication skills and promote a positive behavior and attitude

Through the diversity training, thus eliminate the values, stereotypes, and practices that inhibit personal development

*Helping to prevent civil rights violations

*Increasing the inclusion of different identity groups, and promoting better teamwork

*Opportunity for employers to educate employees about diversity

\rightarrow Benefits to employees

*Employees to recognize and be tolerant of differences among co-workers.

*Develops employees attitudes about diversity (regardless of their race and gender)

*Create a positive attitude and behaviors among the employees

It helps strengthen the health care system and improves outcomes. Create a positive attitude and behavior of the employee instead of race, gender, and ethnicity.

\rightarrow Macroaggressions is a form of racial or discriminatory insults towards a specific race, gender, economic status, disability.

*It is the acts of exclusion, victimization, harassment, stereotype, verbal abuse, comments, intimidation, and injustice.

As health care professionals, we have to treat the patient equally and with the following justice. Treating the patient equally without showing any discrimination that leads to customer satisfaction, improves organizational productivity and improves our self-esteem and confidence. While dealing with the patient we have to consider it first to avoid diversity/discrimination and macroaggression.

When discussing with the topic diversity and health, "smart for a woman" throw like a girl" "speak well for an immigrant we can see a diversity and macroaggression to the specific groups. We have to avoid this discrimination and macroaggression among the public and community thus promote a positive attitude and behavior thus avoid negative behavior results in positive health outcomes
