Surveys although lead to biased answers undoubtedly but it also offers broad vuew and quantitative analysis of particular products or services being marketed If respondents are unknown and not biased.

Like in case of GSS, where respondents are chosen from wide variety of firms and different individuals from different backgrounds are chosen to give unbiased view.

Secondly GSS uses such nethods to quantity variables lije job satisfaction and employment engagement which are qualitative enough and dont give fair sense of analysis if just secondary data or qualitative analysis is uses.

GSS uses various mediums like Telephone, Internet, Email, Face to Face to minimise error rate and give best possible solution .
